Return & Refund Policy

At Sanana Craft Print, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in the quality of our products and services. However, due to the nature of our business — especially custom or personalized items — we have a limited return policy. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item received is defective or damaged during delivery

  • The item delivered is incorrect (wrong design, size, or product) compared to your order

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Errors made by the customer (e.g., wrong design submitted, wrong text spelling provided)

  • Slight color variations due to screen differences or printing process

  • Custom or personalized items unless they are faulty

2. Return Request Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photo(s) or video showing the defect or error

  • A brief description of the issue

3. Return & Replacement Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will guide you on how to return the product (if required).

  • Replacement will be made at no additional cost if the error is on our side.

  • For damaged or incorrect items, a full replacement or refund (if agreed) will be issued.

  • We may not require you to return the faulty item — this will be assessed case-by-case.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect), we will cover the return shipping cost or resend a replacement for free.

  • If the return is not due to our fault, shipping costs are not refundable.

5. Refund Method

If a refund is approved (in rare cases), it will be processed via:

  • Online bank transfer (FPX)

  • The same method used during payment (if supported)

Refunds will be completed within 7–14 working days after approval.
